Fresh, grass fed Devon Beef!
I grilled this Ribeye on a gas grill. Seared first for a minute on each side and set on indirect heat until 130 degrees. Wrapped for 10 minutes in aluminum foil. Tender and Juicy!
Red Devon Beef has a rich flavor and tenderness and produces juicy steaks and hamburger.
It’s rich flavor and tenderness is due to its increased intra-muscular fat and decreased excess fat.
Our cattle have never been on a feedlot nor are they fed antibiotics, grain (GMO corn or soy,) or hormones. They always eat grass and graze all-year round in the green. More importantly, they are treated humanely and are not castrated or dehorned.
